If your mask doesn't fit, doesn't look how you expected, or just isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee and no explanation required.
Try it on. Trying it on does not void your return - we only ask that you don't machine-wash it before sending it back.
How to return
Email us with your order number and we'll send the return instructions within one business day.
Conditions
- Return shipping on a faulty or incorrect item is on us.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.
Wrong or damaged item
Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately. You don't need to return the damaged one.
